Overview

Procurement of borehole solarisation works at St. Martin’s Kitwi Girls Primary School to completion for NG-CDF Kangundo Constituency, Open National Tender. Open to qualified tenderers; JV may be formed (max 2 members). Must have NCA registration (category 8+), tax compliance, and related obligations. Requirements

• NCA registration in the relevant trade (minimum Category 8) and current practicing license
• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/CR12 and National ID
• Tax matters: valid Tax Compliance Certificate and KRA PIN
• Duly filled Declaration of Ethics and Business Permit
• Tender documents: Form of Tender, Bill of Quantities, and joint-venture agreement if applicable
• Demonstrated experience with similar works; Audited financial accounts
• Equipment holding documents or evidence of capable resources
• Compliance with anti-corruption, competition and conflict-of-interest provisions
• JV optional but limited to two members
