Overview

Proposed completion of a dispensary block and 2 cubicle pit latrines at Kwa Juaje Dispensary, Mwawesa Ward, Kilifi County, as a works contract. Bidders should be those on the Kilifi County prequalification list with construction capability (civil/structural/mechanical/electrical), legal eligibility, and relevant certifications.

Requirements

• Eligible tenderers from Kilifi County prequalification list; JV allowed with a representative and joint liability.
• Compliance with anti-corruption and competition rules; sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• No conflicts of interest; debarment status checked (PPRA list).
• National Construction Authority (NCA) registration before contract signature (not required for tender, but a contract condition).
• Tax compliance with a valid tax clearance certificate.
• Foreign bidders: at least 40% of inputs sourced from Kenyan suppliers; provide evidence.
• Tender security: KSh 167,000 (or tender-security alternative as specified); tender validity 150 days.
