Overview

Procurement of construction works for the proposed completion of a storeyed office block at Enforcement Compound (Phase II). The County Government of Kitui is running an Open National tender for building works, reserved for Women, with eligibility including NCA Building Works Category 6+, AGPO Women, Tax Compliance, and standard corporate prerequisites (registration, CR12/Partnership Deed).

Requirements

• Valid AGPO Certificate for Women.
• Valid Certificate of Business Registration/Incorporation.
• CR12 for Ltd or Partnership Deed (and Directors’ IDs) not older than 12 months.
• Valid Business Permit/License.
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
• NCA Registration Category 6+ (Building Works) and current practicing license.
• Tender Form fully completed, signed and stamped.
• Confidential Business Questionnaire fully completed, signed, and stamped.
• All tender documents paginated sequentially.
• Tender submission via IFMIS supplier portal (online submission only).
• Bidders must be eligible under the open tender rules and comply with anti-corruption, conflict-of-interest, and related regulatory requirements.

How to Apply
