Overview

The NG-CDF Board invites sealed tenders for the construction and equipping of an administration block at Nkaroni Girls Secondary School in Samburu East Constituency. It is an Open tender for a Works contract; suitable for construction contractors (including joint ventures) with relevant experience and licenses. Tenders are submitted in hard copy to NG-CDF Board (not electronically) with a closing date of 19 June 2026.

Requirements

• Compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; include a declaration not to engage in corruption and a non-debarment declaration.
• Eligibility: open to private firms, state enterprises, individuals or JVs; JV members jointly liable; no conflicts of interest; no participation by public officers.
• Foreign bidders: must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan citizens; provide documentary evidence.
• Local registration: National Construction Authority registration is required before contract award.
• Tax: valid tax compliance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration as specified in the TDS; security/structure if applicable to JV.
• Required documents: Form of Tender; joint venture documentation if applicable; technical proposal; priced Bill of Quantities; qualification evidence; authorization etc. (per ITT/Section II–IV).
