Overview

Proposed construction and equipping of three classrooms at Nyamarambi Primary School, Webuye East Constituency. The NG-CDF Board invites open tenders, open to all interested tenderers compliant with NG-CDF procurement rules and Kenyan law. Foreign bidders may participate; local content and other requirements may apply as per tender documents.

Requirements

• Eligible bidders: open to private firms, entities, or JVs; no public officers or debarred entities; no conflicts of interest; must comply with anti-corruption and competition laws.
• Local content and nationality: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan citizens; NCA registration required before contract signature; tax compliance where applicable.
• Subcontracting/JV: JV allowed with agreed liability; members must act jointly; maximum JV composition per TDS.
• Compliance: bid must include Form of Tender, technical proposal, priced BOQ, tender security or securing declaration, JV agreements if applicable, and necessary owner/ownership information.
• Technical/contract prerequisites: registration with National Construction Authority required before award; adherence to environmental and other statutory requirements.
