Overview

Proposed construction of a 480 m perimeter wall at Arya Primary School, MM Shah Primary, Lake Primary and AP Line. Open to all qualified tenderers; suitable for construction firms with relevant registration, compliance, and experience in works contracts in Kenya (NCA registration, tax clearance, 51% Kenyan ownership for certain foreign entrants, local content requirements).

Requirements

• Tender security of Kshs 191,302 (bank guarantee or insurance) (BQ).
• Compliance with Kenyan procurement laws; no debarment; certificates of independent tender determination; no conflicts of interest.
• National Construction Authority (NCA) registration required before contract award.
• Tax clearance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority.
• For foreign tenderers: minimum 40% inputs sourced from national suppliers/contractors.
• Eligibility: open to private entities or JVs; JV members liable; pre-qualification data as per Section III.
• Submit Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, Tender Security, Joint Venture documents if applicable, and authorization to sign (power of attorney) (BQ).
