Overview

The procurement is for the construction of 1 classroom at Bulanda Secondary School. Requirements

• Eligibility and registrations: Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration, valid Single Business Permit, Tax Compliance Certificate, NCA Registration (Building works, NCA 8+), CR12 and Directors’ IDs.
• Tender documentation and integrity: serialized tender document, signed on company letterhead, code of ethics, self-declaration debarment (Form SD 1), anti-corruption (Form SD 2), confidential business questionnaire.
• Tender security and pricing: bid security of KSh 15,000,Prices in Kenya Shillings (with serialized pages on submission).
• Joint ventures: maximum of two JV members; if JV, require Joint Venture agreement or letter of intent.
• Technical and BOQ: complete priced Bills of Quantities; appropriate evidence of qualifications to perform the contract.
• Site and tendering conditions: undertake site visit at own risk; tenders must be delivered in sealed envelopes by the deadline; electronic submissions not permitted.
