Overview

Open tender for the proposed construction of a 5-door pit latrine for boys with one chamber for PWD at Kiluka Primary School (KPS/LAT/002/2024-2025). The Procuring Entity is Kiluka Primary School, Eldoret. Eligible bidders are contractors with NCA 8+ (Building & Other Works). • Contract readiness: registration with NCA before signing; respond to clarifications; provide Tender Security as required in the TDS.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents for KES 1,000 (cash/electronic) or free from PPIP Portal (see TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Submission deadline: 2026-07-08 at 08:00; physical delivery only (no electronic submissions) to Kiluka Primary School, Eldoret.
• Tender package: submit a single sealed envelope containing an ORIGINAL tender and separate COPIES, plus any ORIGINAL-ALTERNATIVE TENDER if permitted (per ITT 21). Include: Form of Tender, priced Bill of Quantities, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, JV documents (if any), authorization, qualifications, and technical proposal (Section IV).
• Site visit/pre-tender meeting: may be required per the TDS; attendance details to be provided in the TDS.
• Clarifications: request in writing by the deadline stated in the TDS; responses shared with all bidders.
