Overview

Procurement of a fully equipped workshop construction at GOT RAMOGI TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGE IN BONDO CONSTITUENCY. Open tender open to all eligible tenderers with compliance to national procurement laws and tender requirements.

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; anti-corruption declarations; not debarred.

• Local content: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan citizens/suppliers; evidence required.

• Tender security: provide a valid Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration (amount per TDS) and maintain validity.

• Submission method: sealed hard-copy tenders delivered to NG-CDF Board, Harambee Sacco Building, Haile Selassie Avenue, 10th floor, Nairobi; electronic submissions not permitted.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender and schedules (Bill of Quantities), Tender Security or Securing Declaration, qualifications information, joint venture documents if any, authorization to sign, and technical proposal as per Section IV.
• Pre-qualification/registrations: provide tax compliance; NCA registration; JV agreement if applicable; evidence of origin and compliance as required.
