Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications in line with Kenyan public procurement rules (no public officers or close relatives eligible; JV provisions; conflict-of-interest rules; debarment checks).
• Local content and nationality rules: AGPO-PWD reservation; foreign bidders must demonstrate at least 40% local inputs if applicable; NCA registration required before contract signature.
• Compliance documents: Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, Tender Security or tender securing declaration, joint venture agreement if applicable, tax clearance, and conformity/technical proposal.

• Submission deadline: 10:00 on Friday 28 August 2026; late tenders will be rejected. Submissions are made via DROP-OFF SEALED BID ENVELOPES in the Tender Box at Kiambu HQ Ground Floor, Main Reception.
• Required submissions: Form of Tender and Schedules (priced BoQ), Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, JV agreements if any, qualifications and technical proposal, and any other documents specified in the Tender Data Sheet.
• Required registrations: National Construction Authority registration (before contract signature), tax clearance, AGPO eligibility, and debarment checks as applicable.
• Pre-tender/site briefing details: to be specified in the Tender Data Sheet; site visit is encouraged.
