Overview

Procurement of works to construct a model twin ECDE classrooms with offices and an ablution block at Ndubi ECDE, Ndarugu Ward. Open national tender, reserved for AGPO – Youth; suitable for contractors with ECDE school construction experience. Requirements

• AGPO – Youth reservation for eligibility.
• National Construction Authority (NCA) registration before contract award.
• Kenya Revenue Authority tax clearance certificate.
• Foreign bidders: source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers; JV ownership rules if applicable.
• Joint Venture rules: all members jointly liable; provide JV agreement or letter of intent.
• Compliance: no debarment, no corrupt or fraudulent practices; sign Independent Tender Determination documents; and other pre-qualification data as per ITT.
