Requirements

• Deadline: Closing at 10:00 AM on Friday 28 August 2026 (per attached tender document CGK/ONT/ECDE/2026/2027/051).
• Submission method: drop-off SEALED BID ENVELOPES in the Kiambu County Tender Box (Ground Floor, Main Reception – Governor’s Office) by the deadline; late tenders will be rejected. Electronic submission possible only if stated in the TDS.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender; priced BOQ; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; Joint Venture documents (if applicable); Authorization letter; Qualifications and technical proposal per Section IV; any other documents required in the Tender Documents.
