• Language and currency: Tender and communications in English; prices in Kenya Shillings.
• Timing and validity: Tender valid for 126 days from opening; addenda/clarifications managed via official channels.
• Site and process: Site visit and pre-tender requirements as per TDS; submission in sealed envelopes; use of designated submission and opening venues.
