Requirements

• Open to qualified tenderers; Joint Ventures not permitted; must hold a valid business permit for Taaita Taveta County.
• Tender security: Ksh 300,000 from a CBK-recognized bank or PPRA-approved insurer.
• Tender validity: 210 days.
• Include a certified OSH policy (signed by management).
• Provide Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, tender security, authorization, qualifications, conformity, and any other documents per the TDS (and JV documents if applicable).
• Foreign bidders: source at least 40% of inputs locally (evidence to be provided).
• Registration: National Construction Authority registration required before contract award; tax clearance certificate.
