Overview

Proposed construction of administration block, 4 no. door boys pit latrine and 4 no. door girls pit latrine each with one chamber for PWD at Illula Integrated Primary School. Open Tender. Bidders should be registered with NCA 8+ (Building & Other Services) and be prepared to bid in Kenya Shillings for a works contract at Illula School.

Requirements

• Must be eligible tenderer under ITT rules; can bid singly or as a joint venture with joint liability.
• Must be registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in appropriate category and meet pre-award registration conditions.
• Must comply with anti-corruption/fraud provisions (Public Procurement Act, Certificate of Independent Tender Determination) and allow project audits.
• Must not have conflicts of interest or debarments; disclose ownership and affiliations.
• Foreign bidders must meet 40% local input requirement and provide evidence.
• Must provide Tax Compliance Certificate and Tender Security (or Tender-Securing Declaration).
• If a JV is used, must submit JV Agreement or Letter of Intent to form one.
