PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF CANAAN WALL AND DRAINAGE

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from Embu County website (www.embu.go.ke) or tenders portal (tenders.go.ke) and via the e-procurement system (www.supplier.treasury.go.ke) (see attached documents for references).
• Prepare: Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, technical proposal, JV agreement if applicable, and any requested confirmations (e.g., tax clearance, ownership information).
• Submit: electronically through the supplier portal and also deliver a copy of the original tender document to the Tender Box; ensure pages are serialised as required (deadline: 6 November 2026, 11:00 AM; see documents for exact timing).
• Briefing/site visit: clarify via the Tender Data Sheet; attendance may be optional unless stated otherwise.
• Opening: tenders opened publicly after the deadline in the presence of attending bidders’ representatives.
