Overview

NG-CDF Board invites tenders for the construction of a fully equipped administration block at Dandu Girls Secondary School, Mandera West; open tender for a Works Contract. Eligible bidders include private firms, state-owned entities, individuals, or joint ventures; the work requires construction/contracting expertise with appropriate registrations and compliance.

Requirements

• Eligible Tenderers: private entities, state-owned, individuals, or JV; JV rules and joint liability; no public officers with conflicts; no corrupt practices; nationality and debarment checks; foreign bidders must meet 40% local content; NCA registration before contract signing (not a tender requirement).
• Documentation/compliance: Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; tax compliance; evidence of ownership/control; Joint Venture agreement (or letter of intent) if a JV bid.
• Tender security: as specified in the Tender Data; forms include tender security or tender-securing declaration.
• Other: adherence to Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; site access and information disclosure rights; evaluation per Section III and accompanying documents.
