• Eligible goods, equipment, and services from any country, with 40% inputs from national suppliers for foreign bidders (if applicable).
• If a Joint Venture, all members are jointly and severally liable; JV must nominate a representative.
• National Construction Authority registration is a contract-award condition (not a tender condition).
