Proposed construction of Nzeeu / Ikanga sub surface dam in Ikanga / Kyatune Ward is the works being procured. Open to Kenyan citizens (foreign bidders may face restrictions per local rules). Suitable bidders are Kenyan contractors with NCA registration in Water Works category 7+ and relevant dam works experience, with tax compliance and capacity to meet site conditions.

Requirements

• Copy of Company Registration/Incorporation
• NCA registration certificate and Water Works Practising License (Category 7 and above)
• Complete Form of Tender including Confidential Business Questionnaire, Certificate of Independent Tender Determination, Self-Declaration, and Conflict of Interest
• Current CR12 certificate (not older than 12 months)
• Directors’ certified copies of national IDs
• Valid business permits/licenses
• Serialise/paginate all bid pages
• Tax Compliance Certificate or exemption from KRA
• Signed and stamped site visit certificate (site visit: Ikanga ward, 28 Oct 2026; notice) (Notice)
• Do not share IFMIS upload link
• For foreign bidders: source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan citizens (Section 3.10)
• Ability to meet local registration/registration and debarment checks; non-conflict of interest
