• Submission method and venue: deliver tenders to NG-CDF Board, Harambee Sacco Building, Haile Selassie Avenue, 10th Floor, Nairobi; envelopes must be clearly labeled ORIGINAL and COPIES; late tenders will be rejected.
• Documents to complete and submit: Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, Tender Security or Securing Declaration, Joint Venture documents if applicable, authorization letter, qualifications information, and a technical proposal (Section IV and ITT references).
