Overview

Open tender for the proposed construction of two classrooms at Reru Primary School in Seme Constituency, reserved for Youth. Proposals are invited from qualified construction firms (including youth-owned bidders) to undertake the works at the SEME NG-CDF office location.

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications: private firms or JV; no public officials’ involvement; no conflicts of interest; must not be debarred; JV members jointly liable.
• Compliance and registrations: National Construction Authority (NCA) registration before contract award; valid tax clearance; evidence of nationality/ownership as required; compliance with anti-corruption and competition rules.
• Documents and security: Form of Tender, priced Bill of Quantities, tender security or tender-securing declaration, JV agreements if applicable, authorization for signatory, qualifications, technical proposal.
• Other: tender valid for 120 days; prices in Kenya Shillings and inclusive of all taxes; site access terms and risk indemnification during site inspection.
