Overview

Proposed construction to completion of six (6) doors pit latrine at Nthaarа Primary School. This is an open national tender issued by NG-CDF Tharaka for a small building works contract; suitable for contractors with building and sanitation works experience and relevant qualifications (see Requirements).

Requirements

• Technical and regulatory: NCA registration certificate and NCA practicing license; evidence of past similar work; confidential business questionnaire; documents serialized and properly bound; form of tender properly filled and signed.
• Compliance: must not be debarred; no conflicts of interest; foreign bidders must meet local content requirements (40% from Kenyan sources) if applicable.
