Procurement of construction to completion and furnishing of the administration block, tank base, and 1 no. 10,000 L water tank at Kam Tonga Primary School. Open national tender; eligible tenderers with NCA categories 7, 6, or 5; AGPO Women set-aside.

Requirements

• Open to bidders with valid Building and Construction Works permit; NCA registration in categories 7/6/5; NCA registration required prior to contract award.
• AGPO Women set-aside eligibility.
• Compliance with anti-corruption, independent tender determination, and no-conflict-of-interest rules; debarment checks.
• Mandatory pre-tender/site visit requirements; evidence to be attached.
• Documents: Certificate of Incorporation/Registration; KRA PIN and VAT certificate; Tax Compliance Certificate; CR12; directors’ IDs; National Construction Authority category; Single business permit; Confidential Business Questionnaire; pre-tender site visit form; Audited financial statements; bank account details (six months); evidence of similar works; proper tender forms.
• Tender security: 130,000 Kenyan shillings.
• Tender must be serialized (pages 1,2,3,…) and submitted in specified formats.
