PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION OF 3 SETS OF 4 DOOR STAFF TOILET WITH 3 FOR PWD AT ADMINISTATION POLICE CAMP.

Overview

The project is the proposed construction to completion of 3 sets of 4-door staff toilets with 3 for PWD at the Administration Police Camp. Naivasha NG-CDF invites open tenders, open to all qualified bidders including AGPO (PWD) eligible bidders and those with National Construction Authority (NCA) registration category 8 or higher for building works.

Requirements

• AGPO (PWD) eligibility and NCA category 8+ for building works.
• Proof of business registration, Kenya Tax Clearance (or tax exemption), AGPO certificate, NCA registration/annual practicing license, and standard procurement prereqs.
• Tender must be in Kenyan Shillings and accompanied by a Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration.
• Complete tender documents with page serialization; include Form of Tender, schedules (BOQ), joint venture docs if applicable, authorization, and conformity/technical proposal (as per ITT).

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from PPIP Portal (tenders.go.ke) and view/download for free from PPIP Tenders; electronic documents can be downloaded and one must send particulars to cdfnaivasha@ngcdf.go.ke (see TENDER DOC).
• Submit bids electronically by 4 November 2026 at 10:00 (per the Tender Document) or as specified; electronic submission is accepted (see metadata).
• Required attachments with the tender: proof of business incorporation/registration, current tax clearance, AGPO certificate, NCA registration (category 8+), CR12 or Directors list, valid trading license, and a Commissioned declaration of not being debarred; signed Form of Tender, Confidential Business Questionnaire, and Independent Tender Determination (see NOTICE).
