Overview

Procurement of construction works to complete 4 classrooms at Mngama Primary School, including terrazzo flooring, installation of gutters, tank base, two 10,000 L water tanks, and 80 lockers. Open to eligible registered building and construction contractors; must hold NCA categories 7, 6 or 5; Kenyan registration and tax compliance required; foreign bidders must meet local content rules; mandatory pre-tender site visit (see TENDER and ADVERT).

Requirements

• NCA registration in applicable category (7, 6, or 5) per TDS. (see ADVERT)
• Kenyan registration and tax compliance: valid KRA PIN, VAT certificate, Tax Compliance Certificate. (see ADVERT)
• Legal entities: Certificate of Incorporation/Registration; CR12; IDs for company directors; single business permit. (see ADVERT)
• Tender documents: properly completed Form of Tender, Confidentiality/Declaration forms, Tender Security (130,000) or Tender-Securing Declaration; JV agreements if applicable. (see ADVERT)
• Site evidence: attendance at mandatory pre-tender site visit; signed pre-tender site visit form to be attached. (see ADVERT)
• Evidence of capacity: adequate equipment, key technical staff, Audited Financial Statements, bank statements, and past works of similar scale. (see ADVERT)
