Procurement of construction works to completion of 5 classrooms and supply of 200 lockers and chairs, plus installation of gutters and a 10,000 L water tank at Block 10 Comprehensive School, Molo. Requirements

• Eligibility: Joint Venture allowed; members jointly and severally liable; representative for tendering; JV rules per ITT 3.x; disqualifications for conflicts of interest or corrupt practices.
• Qualifications: NCA registration (class 6+) and valid practicing license; evidence of similar works (last 3 years); financial standing (audited accounts and bank statements) for last 3 years.
• Documentation: Must provide PIN, Tax Compliance Certificate, company registration, CR12, Form of Tender, Confidential Business Questionnaire, Certificate of Independent Tender Determination, code of ethics, site visit form (collect 10–11 Sept 2026 from NG-CDF offices) (the forms are listed in the tender documents).
• Tender security: KES 1,000,000 (note: some sections imply zero; confirm via official addenda) (as per the appendices).
• Disqualifications: ongoing projects behind schedule (without approved extension), default notices, or more than four on-going projects.
• Local content: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan nationals.
• Regulatory: NCA registration before contract award; tax compliance and other statutory requirements.
• Additional: evidence of ownership and potential conflicts of interest as part of qualification.

How to Apply

• Documents to submit: Form of Tender and Schedules (Bills of Quantities), Tender Security or Declaration, JV documents if applicable, authorization, qualifications, technical proposal, and all listed forms (as per ITT 11.1 and Section IV).
