Open tender for the construction to completion of a forty-five (45) capacity student laboratory at VWIVWINI Secondary School. Requirements

• Tender security: 100,000 KSh from a recognized financial institution or approved insurer.
• Company registration: valid certificate of incorporation/registration (CR for limited companies).
• Tax compliance certificate and PIN (VAT eligibility).
• National Construction Authority: valid NCA registration 8 and above for building works, plus a practicing license.
• Trade license.
• Currency: bids in Kenya Shillings; bids valid for 180 days.
• Eligibility: no debarment; no conflicts of interest; JV allowed with joint liability (JV Agreement if applicable).
• Foreign bidders: must demonstrate 40% local content.
