Overview

Proposed construction works of an administration block cum tuition block (comprising 4 classrooms) up to ground floor completion (Phase I) at Ndivisi FYM Primary School. This is an Open Tender inviting eligible builders to bid, with mandatory requirements including NCA Category 6+ registration for Builders Works, tax clearance, CR12, director IDs, county business permit, evidence of prior similar works, and SD1/SD2 declarations (see Tender Document and Advert for details).

Requirements

• Original tender document tape-bound plus one duplicate copy (spiral bound disqualified) (Advert)
• Certified copy of company registration/incorporation
• Certified copy of NCA certificate category 6+ and renewed NCA practicing license
• Certified copy of valid tax compliance certificate (KRA) and KRA PIN
• Certified copy of CR12 (within 12 months) and IDs/passports for directors
• Certified copy of valid single county government business permit
• Proof of previous similar works (Completion Certificate from Public Works)
• Duly filled SD1 and SD2 self-declarations
• Tender form completed, stamped, and submitted (and any JV documents if applicable)

Additional: Tender security or tender securing declaration as specified; alignment with NCA prequalifications and sector rules (see Tender Document).
