Overview

Open tender for the construction works to expand the Nasiger Dispensary in Turkwel Ward, Turkana County (Loima Constituency). Suitable bidders are civil/health-facility construction firms with relevant Kenyan public-sector experience; compliant with Public Procurement rules, and capable of handling local content and contract-implementation requirements.

Requirements

• Open competitive process; comply with Kenyan public procurement rules.
• Tender security: KSh 100,000 (Tender Security).
• Tender validity: 180 days from opening.
• Eligibility and qualifications: no debarment; no conflicts of interest; JV rules if applicable; compliance with tax and corporate requirements; National Construction Authority registration to be satisfied before contract signature; 40% local input for foreign tenderers.
• Goods/works origin: allowed from eligible regions; environmental safeguards as applicable.
