Overview

Proposed purchase and installation of a solar-powered hybrid system for the Webuye East NG-CDF Office and Digital Hub. The project covers solar panels, hybrid inverter, batteries, mounting, wiring and installation. Eligible bidders include solar PV integrators and electrical contractors; mandatory eligibility includes an AGPO certificate and other business compliance. Bids are invited for Youth/Women under the AGPO framework.

Requirements

• Valid single business permit; KRA PIN; Tax Compliance Certificate; duly filled, signed tender form; AGPO certificate; proper serialization.
• Bidder and any partners/subcontractors must meet eligibility and not be associated with prior WEBUYE EAST NG-CDF consulting work on this project.
• Equipment origin must be from eligible source countries; origin defined as where goods are produced.
• Prices must be in Kenya Shillings, net inclusive of taxes; tender validity is 150 days.
