Overview

Proposed network installation and supply of office equipment at Chiakariga Digital Hub. This open-tender covers ICT network installation and related office hardware/services. Suitable bidders include ICT hardware suppliers, networking installers/integrators, and office equipment vendors capable of delivering and installing the specified goods (within Kenyan procurement rules). Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; no fraud or debarment; avoid conflicts of interest; JV permitted with proper assignment of responsibilities.
• Documentation to accompany tender (examples from notice/doc): certificate of incorporation; valid KRA PIN; tax compliance certificate; detailed company profile; evidence of similar works (last 3 years); evidence of adequate equipment/personnel; proof of financial soundness; valid business permit; CR12; litigation history; confidential business questionnaire; Form of Tender; Joint Venture agreement if applicable; Manufacturer Authorization if required; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration.
• Domestic origin and sourcing: items/ goods must comply with origin rules; certain items to be sourced from Kenya with no substitutions from foreign sources (as applicable).
• Additional: pre-qualification/qualification criteria and tender security terms as per the standard tender document.

How to Apply

• Deadline: Closing on 30 September 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (RFQ TC/NG-CDF/CHIAKARIGA/ICT HUB/2026-2027/02). Note: some metadata shows 08:00; use the RFQ time and monitor for any addenda.
• Submission method: sealed envelopes/packets; deliver to NG-CDF Tharaka (boardroom, Marimanti) or via registered mail/courier; late tenders are rejected.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, JV documents if applicable, Manufacturer Authorization (where required), Qualifications and Eligibility evidence, and other documents listed in the tender forms (see CHIAKARIGA ICT HUB TENDER DOC).
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: ensure tax clearance and other statutory registrations as required; follow Kenya-specific registration and eligibility rules.
