PROPOSED OPENING/MAINTENANCE OF AYIENGO-NYAONGO - OJWANG OMOLLOOBUNGO - AYEGO-GETE ROADS.

Overview

Procurement of opening/maintenance works for AYIENGO-NYAONGO - OJWANGO OMOLLO- OBUNGO - AYEGO-GETE ROADS in Migori County. Open to all qualified contractors with roadworks capability and the necessary registrations (NCA, tax clearance, etc.). The contract is planned for about 6 months and bids are submitted electronically.

Requirements

• Eligibility, qualifications, and joint-venture rules as per the ITT; compliance required.
• National Construction Authority (NCA) registration before contract signature.
• Kenyan Tax Compliance: valid tax clearance certificate.
• Local content: foreign bidders must show at least 40% local inputs; provide documentary evidence.

• Tender security or tender security declaration; compliance with anti-corruption and conflict-of-interest rules.
