PROPOSED OPENING/MAINTENANCE OF WANGIRABOSE PRIMARY JUNCTION- OKEHORO –MINYERE - SUMWA - OMARIBA-NYABUTI-OMATONGO-NYAMOTAMBE - KURUNYEREGIRIRIANI ROADS.

Overview

Open tender for the proposed opening/maintenance works on Wangirabose Primary Junction and linked Migori roads, a six-month works contract. This solicitation is open to all qualified Tenderers and will be conducted online with electronic submission.

Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: comply with ITT rules (no conflicts of interest, no debarment, and JV allowed with joint and several liability).
• Local content and nationality: for foreign bidders, provide evidence of at least 40% local inputs; JV ownership rules apply; nationality and related disclosures as per ITT.

• Other compliance: adhere to anti-corruption, fraud rules, and provide all requested information for eligibility and qualification.
