Overview

Open tender for the provision of motor vehicle insurance cover for Narok County Government fleet for 2026-2027/2027-2028. Eligible bidders are qualified insurance service providers registered with the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) of Kenya; bidders may tender for one or more items. Tender No. NCG/OT/17/2026-2027. Requirements

• Insurance providers must be IRA-registered and capable of delivering motor vehicle insurance services; JV rules apply if a joint venture is used.
• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, including anti-corruption declarations and a Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Tax compliance: current Kenya Revenue Authority certificate.
• Tender security of KSh 300,000 (or tender-securing declaration).
• Ability to commence services by the start date; contract duration is one year with possible extension per the Tender Data Sheet.
• No conflicts of interest; adherence to tender disclosure, evaluation and award rules; openness to audits if required.
