Overview

Open tender for the proposed purpose-built development of Narok County Government Headquarters and the Narok County Airport Terminal Building, financed via lease-to-own arrangements. • Pricing and scope: price schedules must cover all items; quantities must be fully priced; currency in Kenyan Shillings; prices fixed for the lease term unless the TDS says otherwise.
• Documentation to submit: Form of Tender, price schedules, tender security, JV agreement (if applicable), evidence of eligibility and ownership/authorization for lease items, tax clearance, and other forms as required in the tender data sheet.

How to Apply

• Obtain documents free electronically from www.narok.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke; notify procurement@narok.go.ke for clarifications/addenda.
• Attend mandatory Site Visit: 6 August 2026, 10:00 at the site parcels specified in the notice.
• Prepare Tender comprising: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Securing Declaration, ownership/authorization documents, JV agreements (if applicable), eligibility and compliance evidence.
• Serialize all pages and submit sealed tenders to the Narok procurement office by 14 August 2026 (refer to the Invitation for exact time; the notice indicates 1100hrs, the metadata lists 09:00). Electronic submissions are not permitted.
• Submission and opening: tenders opened publicly after the deadline; bring representatives if desired.
