PROPOSED REFURBISHMENT AND OFFICE PARTITIONING OF PROJECT COORDINATION OFFICES AT TELEPOSTA TOWERS

Overview

Procurement of refurbishment and office partitioning works for the Project Coordination Offices at Teleposta Towers, under an Open Tender for Works. Requirements

• Eligible tenderers: private firms or individuals; Joint Ventures allowed; public officers and relatives ineligible; no conflicts of interest; JV members jointly liable.
• Compliance: sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; comply with anti-corruption and competition provisions; refrain from collusion.
• Qualifications: National Construction Authority (NCA) registration prior to contract award; tax clearance; domestic inputs minimum 40% of contract value; no debarred firms; comply with nationality and other statutory rules.
• Tender documents: Form of Tender, price schedules (BOQ), tender security or security declaration, JV agreement if applicable, qualifications documents, and technical proposal.
• Subcontracting: may propose subcontractors up to specified percentages; specialized subcontractors may be added to the bidder’s qualifications as permitted.
• Other: no tender for multiple tenders (except permissible alternatives); ensure transparency and competitive fairness.
