Overview

Proposed renovation of 1 classroom at Kathana Primary School to completion for NG – CDF Kangundo Constituency. Open National Tender for Works open to qualified bidders with construction/renovation experience and the following: valid NCA registration (category 8 and above), tax compliance, and demonstrated capacity for similar projects.

Requirements

• Eligibility to tender under Kenyan law; no debarment; avoid conflicts of interest (and sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination).
• NCA registration in category 8 or higher (must be current before contract award: ITT 11.1; 3.12).
• Tax compliance certificate, KRA PIN, audited financial accounts, and evidence of ownership/control as requested (ITTs 11.1, 17.1–17.9).
• Copies of incorporation, CR12, National ID, current NCA Contractor’s License, and Business Permit (ITTs 11.1).
• Experience of similar works and equipment holdings (ITTs 11.1).
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration; properly signed Form of Tender; Joint Venture documentation if applicable (ITT 19.1, 11.2).
