Overview

Open tender for the renovation of six classrooms at Kosawo Primary School, Kisumu Central NG-CDF (Works contract). Eligible bidders are construction contractors with proven Works capability, registered in Kenya, with tax clearance, and able to comply with NCA registration before award; foreign bidders must meet local- inputs requirement.

Requirements

• Eligible entity rules: joint venture rules if applicable; proper authorization and JV agreement or letter of intent.
• Local content: foreign bidders must source 40% of inputs domestically.
• Prequalification: National Construction Authority registration required before contract award; tax clearance certificate.
• Site visit: not mandatory.
• Queries: submit in writing by the specified deadline; clarifications to all bidders.

How to Apply

• Prepare: Form of Tender, priced BOQ, Tender Security, JV documents if any, authorization letter, and qualification data.
• Submit: physically in a single sealed envelope (original and copies) to the Tender Box at Kisumu NG-CDF offices, by July 9, 2026; deadline around 11:00 AM per the document (BLANK BQ) (metadata lists 09:00).
