• Submission method: sealed hard-copy bids delivered to NG-CDF Tharaka; envelopes marked with tender number; tenders opened publicly at NG-CDF Tharaka boardroom (Marimanti Adjacent to Tharaka South Sub-county office). No electronic submission.
• Documents to submit (as applicable): Form of Tender; priced Bills of Quantities; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; JV agreement if a JV; evidence of eligibility and qualifications; tax and NCA documents; CR12 or company registration; AGPO certificate if applicable; serialized tender documents; confidential business questionnaire; original and copy of tender documents; EGPS registration.
