Overview

The NG-CDF Naivasha invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED RENOVATION TO COMPLETION OF 6 CLASSROOMS AT RUTERE PRIMARY SCHOOL. Requirements

• Open competitive bidding for a Works contract; bidders must meet eligibility and avoid conflicts of interest.

• Tax compliance: valid Kenya Revenue Authority tax clearance certificate or tax exemption certificate.

• Bid security: KSh 70,000 (valid for 150 days from opening) or other forms per the notice.
• Fully filled Form of Tender, with authorisation (power of attorney if signatory is not a director), and confidential business questionnaire plus Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Not debarred from public procurement; confirmation of not having corrupt or fraudulent practices.
• For joint ventures, a signed JV agreement or letter of intent and clear representation; joint and several liability.
• Local content: foreign bidders must demonstrate at least 40% local inputs (if applicable).
