Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications: private entity or JV; no public officers; no conflicts of interest; adhere to anti-corruption and competition rules; JV must be jointly and severally liable; National Construction Authority registration to be obtained if awarded; tax clearance; debarment checks; foreign bidders must source at least 40% inputs domestically.
