PROPOSED RENOVATION TO COMPLETION OF ASSISTANT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ OFFICE

Overview

The NG-CDF Naivasha invites bids for the PROPOSED RENOVATION TO COMPLETION OF ASSISTANT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ OFFICE (a works contract) under an open tender. Bidders should be building contractors with a current NCA registration (category 8+) and relevant certifications, plus tax clearance; electronic submission is accepted.

Requirements

• NCA registration (category 8+) with current license; eligible to undertake building works (NOTICE).
• Kenya Revenue Authority tax clearance certificate or tax exemption (NOTICE).
• Proof of business incorporation/registration and a CR12 (directors list) with IDs (NOTICE).
• Bid security: Ksh 19,000 bid bond, valid for 150 days from opening (NOTICE).
• Fully completed Form of Tender, plus Confidential Business Questionnaire, Certificate of Independent Tender Determination, Self-Declaration (NOTICE).
• Not debarred from public procurement and no conflicts of interest (NOTICE).
• Pre-qualification/documentation: comply with NCA registration and annual practicing license; foreign inputs subject to local content rules (NOTICE).
• Tender documents to be serialized and submitted in order; price schedule in Kenyan Shillings (TDS).

• Prepare and submit: Form of Tender, priced Bill of Quantities, Tender Security, joint venture docs if applicable, and required qualifications documents (TDS).

• Required registrations: NCA category 8+; tax clearance; KRA Registration; CR12; trading license; not debarred (NOTICE).
