PROPOSED RENOVATIONS AND EXTERNAL WORKS AT LURARE BAPTIST PRIMARY SCHOOL

Overview

Open tender for Proposed Renovations and External Works at Lurare Baptist Primary School. The Kimilili NG-CDF invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to carry out school renovations and external works in Kimilili, Kenya. Requirements

• Financial/technical qualifications: provide evidence per ITT requirements; ability to complete works within scope; ability to submit a priced Bill of Quantities; comply with environmental and local-content provisions.
• Tender security and documentation: Tender security up to KSh 100,000; serialize all tender pages; submit Form of Tender, BOQ, joint-venture documents if applicable, and technical/conformity proposals as specified.
• Pre-qualification and disclosures: no conflicts of interest; provide required ownership/control information; allow audits of records if requested.
• Miscellaneous: tenders open under open competitive method; follow the standard tender documents; ensure compliance with Kenyan procurement laws.
