PROPOSED EXTERNAL WORKS AT MATILI RC PRIMARY SCHOOL

Overview

Procurement of Proposed External Works at Matili RC Primary School. The National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF Kimilili) is inviting open, national tenders for external works at Matili RC Primary School. Open to all qualified tenderers; foreign bidders must meet domestic-content and regulatory requirements. Bids must be in Kenyan Shillings and are to be submitted in hard copy by the stated deadline.

Requirements

• Open competitive tender for works; full local content and regulatory compliance for foreign bidders.
• Tender security: 100,000 Kenyan Shillings.
• Tender validity: 120 days from tender opening.
• National Construction Authority (NCA) registration required before contract award.
• Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan citizens.

• If a Joint Venture is used, a JV agreement (or letter of intent) required; members’ liabilities and representations must be defined.

• Site visit and pre-tender meeting may be arranged per the Data/TD; questions/clarifications governed by ITT rules.
