PROPOSED RENOVATIONS AND EXTERNAL WORKS AT NAMBOANI RC PRIMARY SCHOOL

Overview

Procurement of Renovations and External Works at Namboani RC Primary School. Open to all qualified tenderers with Kenyan registration; local procurement rules apply. NCA registration is advised, and bidders should anticipate contract award conditions requiring registration before signing.

Requirements

• Prepare and submit: Original Tender plus required copies in sealed envelopes labeled with Original/Copies; deliver by hand to Kimilili NGCDF offices before the deadline (10:00 AM, 30 Oct 2026) (TENDER DOCUMENT). Electronic submissions are not permitted.
• Submission deadline and venue: 10:00 AM, 30 Oct 2026, Kimilili NGCDF offices; Tenders opened publicly after the deadline.
• Pre-tender/site: Site visit and pre-tender briefing, if scheduled in the TDS; attendance is typically not mandatory.
