Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of health records (printing and delivery of hospital records) under a Framework Agreement. Open tender issued by Narok County Government; framework reserved for youth. Eligible bidders are Kenyan-registered firms (JV allowed). See attached tender text for requirements and process.

Requirements

• Eligibility: firms registered in Kenya; joint ventures allowed (all members jointly liable; representative named). Public officers and close relatives disqualified.
• Compliance: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; provide declarations against corruption and independent tender determination; avoid conflicts of interest.
• Qualifications: evidence of eligibility and capability to perform; tax clearance certificate (Kenya); any required Manufacturer's Authorization if the goods are not manufactured by the tenderer; representation/agents in Kenya if not locally present.
• Goods/Conformity: goods must conform to technical specifications; provide country of origin declarations and spare parts availability.
• Additional: pre-tender conference not held; tender validity 120 days; tender prices fixed during contract unless TDS states otherwise.
• Others: tender documents must serialize pages; no substitutions from foreign sources for listed Kenyan-sourced items; ensure non-conflicting relationships and compliance with applicable competition rules.

How to Apply

• Deadline: closing on 22 September 2026 at 11:00 (Tender Document). Late tenders rejected.
• Submission: physically delivered to Narok County Government; tender box at the county entrance (address in the Tender Data Sheet). No electronic submission.
• Documents to submit (as applicable in ITT/Section IV): Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; Joint Venture Agreement or letter of intent; Manufacturer's Authorization (if required); proof of eligibility and conformity; tax clearance certificate.
• Clarifications: inquiries to procurement@narok.go.ke; responses published on narok.go.ke; pre-tender conference is not held.
