Overview

Supply, delivery and installation of a 200-litre energy-saving jiko for Illula Integrated Primary School. Requirements

• Valid trading license, certificate of registration, and valid tax compliance certificate; AGPO certificate (where applicable).

• Goods eligibility: proof of country of origin; technical specifications demonstrating compliance.
• Quotation in Kenya Shillings; no foreign currency unless allowed.
• Sealing/marking: one original quotation in a sealed envelope; clearly marked with RFQ reference.
• No joint ventures (as per SRFQ guidance); disclosure of interest and independent quotation determination forms to be completed.
• Delivery/installation schedule to be defined (delivery of 1 energy-saving jiko).
• Right to reject or cancel procurement at any time prior to contract award.
