This Open Tender is for the procurement of road works: 150 metres Riuriro Bridge Road, 200 metres overlay, and 1.7 km gravel road at Judah Shopping Centre, Theta Ward, Juja Municipality. Requirements

• AGPO Youth eligibility with a valid AGPO YOUTH CERTIFICATE.
• Tender must include a Tender-Securing Declaration or a Tender Security as specified.
• If a Joint Venture is used, maximum two members and a representative with authority to act on behalf of the JV.
• Kenyan tax obligations proven by a valid tax compliance certificate.
• National Construction Authority registration is required before contract award (not a tender condition).
• Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan citizens.
• Declarations on corruption, avoidance of collusion, and independence; compliance with procurement laws; right to audit all tender-related documents.
• All necessary tender documents (Form of Tender, Bills of Quantities, qualifications, technical proposals) must be provided as specified. (see ITT and TDS sections)

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 7 September 2026 at 12:00 (noon). Extensions may be published as addenda; late tenders are rejected.
• Submission method: manual, sealed envelopes delivered to the County Government of Kiambu Headquarters tender box; no electronic tenders.
• Documents to complete/submit: Form of Tender, priced Bill of Quantities, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, JV documents if applicable, evidence of tax compliance, and qualifications as per Section IV.
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: AGPO Youth certification; National Construction Authority registration (prior to contract signature); Kenyan tax compliance; consider local content rules for foreign bidders.
