Overview

The County Government of Migori invites bids for the proposed opening/maintenance of Bande‑Olasi‑Apilo Road (open tender, online submission). Bidders should be civil engineering/construction contractors with roadworks experience and be compliant with Kenyan public procurement rules; foreign bidders must satisfy ITT eligibility criteria and, where applicable, NCA registration.

Requirements

• No conflicts of interest; disclose ownership/control information as required.

• Submit the tender electronically via the supplier portal by the deadline: 11 November 2026 at 08:00 (submission method: electronic) (metadata).
