Overview

Procure and carry out opening/maintenance works on the GETONTIRA-KWIGOGO road in Migori County, Kenya, for a 6-month works contract. Open tender open to qualified bidders; joint ventures may be allowed as specified in the Tender Documents; local content and construction registration requirements apply. Briefing is mandatory; online submission is allowed.

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications: Joint Ventures permitted; bidders must meet all criteria stated in the tender documents, including conflict-of-interest provisions and anti-corruption declarations; must not be debarred.
• Registrations and licenses: evidence of registration with National Construction Authority (NCA) and professional registration (e.g., EBK for engineers); tax compliance as required.
• Local content: foreign bidders must demonstrate at least 40% local inputs locally.
